In this video, DeNovix Application Scientist Ben Capozzoli explains how to count single nuclei suspensions on the CellDrop Automated Cell Counter.

Isolating nuclei is critical for a number of workflows, including ATAC-sequencing, RNA-sequencing, and a variety of others. To ensure successful results in downstream applications, it's important to have accurate counts of your nuclei and understand how much debris is in your sample.

The CellDrop efficiently determines nuclei counts as well as an extraction efficiency score, regardless of the presence of debris. Watch to learn more about how this process works.
